Pineapple Cranberry Bread
Recipe type: QUICK BREAD AND MUFFINS
Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup undrained crushed pineapple
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup almond slivers
Instructions
- Cream sugar and butter. Add egg. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to egg mixture alternately with pineapple. Stir in cranberries and almonds. Pour into a loaf pan, and bake at 350 F for 60 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out on rack.
